Settle the batch
A settlement is to transfer the approved funds from the customer's account to the merchant account. Depending on the payment instrument, the settlement process might not apply.

Settle all
- On quick launch, press
Settlement.
- It'll open the
Settlement app to view the batch on APOLLO. Each batch is referring to its acquirer.
- Press the
settle all button on the top right of the batch list.
- Enter the operation password and press OK.
- Wait for the settlement result and you can print the settlement report.

Settle a specific batch
- On quick launch, press Settlement.
- It'll open the Settlement app to view the batch on APOLLO. Each batch is referring to its acquirer.
- Select batch. Press the settle batch button to settle this batch.
- Enter the operation password and press OK.
- Wait for the settlement result and you can print the settlement report.
