There has several useful remote features that allow you to monitor and manage your terminals' update status remotely on MARS without on site.

Get heartbeat

Heartbeat is a useful function, which allows you to check the update terminal status anytime on MARS.

1. Click terminal to enter the page in the side navigation.

2. Select the terminal in the list to view its detail. Then, click remote control on the tag bar.

3. Press get heartbeat to get the update the terminal real-time location on the map and the status at the bottom.

Send message

This feature is good for announcing your shop keepers when the ad-hoc promotion start/end or any important notification by direct message sending function.

1. Click terminal to enter the page in the side navigation.

2. Select the terminal in the list to view its detail. Then, click remote control on the tag bar.
   
   

3. Press send message. Input your message on the dialogue and press send. The terminal will get the message immediately.

Take screenshot

To get the real-time terminal's screenshot. Mainly use on the terminal maintainance or training purpose.

1. Click terminal to enter the page in the side navigation.

2. Select the terminal in the list to view its detail. Then, click remote control on the tag bar.
