Make a sale

A sale transaction is used for taking payment from different payment instruments, such as credit & debit card, cash, QR wallet (Mastercard QR, Alipay & WeChat Pay).

Sale with card

Card present

  1. On quick launch, press sale Sale.

  2. It'll open the Sale Sale app to start new transaction.

  3. Enter the amount and press by card by card.

  4. Tap, insert or swipe the card.

  5. Please wait for the transaction completed. For approved transaction, the app print out the receipt automatically. Please ask the cardholder to sign if there's the signature line.

Manual keyed entry

  1. On quick launch, press sale Sale.

  2. It'll open the Sale Sale app to start new transaction.

  3. Enter the amount and press by card by card.

  4. Press the manual keyed entry manual entry button in the bottom right. Enter the card number and expiry date then press confirm.

  5. Please wait for the transaction completed. For approved transaction, the app print out the receipt automatically. Please ask the cardholder to sign if there's the signature line.

Sale with QR wallet

Scan QR

  1. On quick launch, press sale Sale.

  2. It'll open the Sale Sale app to start new transaction.

  3. Enter the amount and press by QR by QR.

  4. Scan the customer's QR code.

  5. Please wait for the transaction completed. For approved transaction, the app print out the receipt automatically.

Merchant present QR

  1. On quick launch, press sale Sale.

  2. It'll open the sale Sale app to start new transaction.

  3. Enter the amount and press by QR by QR.

  4. Press by QR generate QR on the bottom right corner.

  5. Choose one of the payment type to generate the code.

  6. Ask the customer to scan it.

  7. Please wait for the transaction completed. For approved transaction, the app print out the receipt automatically.

Sale with cash

  1. On quick launch, press sale Sale.

  2. It'll open the sale Sale app to start new transaction.

  3. Enter the amount.

  4. Slide the bottom menu up to show more payment methods. Select Pay by cash by cash.

  5. Select the cash received and press confirm.

  6. Transactions is completed and receipt is printed out automatically. The app also display the change due on screen.
