SoePay App quick start guide
Register an account (For new user)
- Press Start free trial on the start page.
- Input your email and set up login password.
- Then, set up your shop information and press confirm.
- Activate your email from the activation email. Now, you can login to the SoePay App!
Registration (For subscription user only)
- Launch SoePay App, press Register card app。
- If the Card payment app is not installed, press Install in the dialog.
- It brings to the Play Store address for the app. Press Install.
- For the first time registration, it is required to grant the permissions of storage, location, microphone and camera.
- Register success is shown when the registration completed。Now, you can make a sale via the SoePay App!
Make a sale
- After login, press
Sale to start a new transaction on the launcher. - Enter the amount and select the desired payment instrument
Card, 
QR wallet or 
Cash. - Depending on the chosen payment instrument, present the card, scan the QR code or present the QR code to your customer.
- Please wait for the transaction completed. When the transaction is approved, you can issue receipt by print, email or QR code to your customer.

View transaction history
- On quick launch, press
History to browse the transaction history. - Tap on specific record to view the transaction details.
- In the page, you can void or refund transaction and reissue receipt.
Reissue receipt
- On quick launch, press History.
- Tap on specific record to view the transaction details.
- Press
Print, 
email or 
QR to reissue receipt.
