Transaction issue
Bad swipe or read
- Check the magnetic strip/ EMV chip is not damaged, grooved or cracked.
- If the problem still appears, please try tap card or other payment method.
Cards are not read
Magnetic card:
- Make sure the magnetic card's magnetic strip is facing to terminal side and swiped constant and rapid.
- Check the magnetic strip is not damaged, grooved or cracked.
IC card
- Make sure the EMV chip is facing upward and inserted to the EMV card reader correctly.
- Check the EMV chip is not damaged, grooved or cracked.
- If the problem still appears, please try tap or swipe card.
Contactless card
- Make sure the card supports contactless payment.
- Make sure the card is tapped on the contactless reader properly.
- If the problem still appears, please try swipe or insert card.
QR or FPS are not read
- Make sure the camera is cleaned up.
- Ask customer check his account has enough money to make payment (for using wallet function only).
